The Armor UTX60 Matte is a water based matte to low gloss urethane coating designed to offer superior protection against damage and deterioration caused by surface abrasion and surface spills.
Offers superior resistance to most oils, gas, and chemicals
Offers superior resistance against high foot traffic and vehicle traffic
Stops concrete dusting, and reduces deterioration caused by surface abrasion
Coating is self-priming and can be used as both the base and top coat
Can be used in a variety of residential and commercial applications

The Armor UTX60 – Matte ships in clear and offers a matte to low gloss finish. Tint packs can’t be added to the Armor UTX60 – Matte. If you are looking for an opaque color, consider the Armor UTX60 – High Gloss instead.

The Armor UTX60 – Matte can last up to 10+ years. Actual life will depend on several factors including coating application, number of coatings, condition of the concrete floor, surface abrasion, etc.
